Everyone should be focused on growing in life. Whether that be through one avenue or many, we were not meant to become complacent. Complacency is the first step toward depression. Your growth may include talking to people more often, reading more books, deciding to take the trip you have always wanted, or many others.
Jeramy and I do not know where each is in their personal journey, and as such, we will not provide suggestions in areas other than personal growth. We would also welcome any other books/podcasts/ conferences and such to add to our list, so please share! The list will be updated periodically, so please look at it if you are seeking inspiration, need a pick-me-up, don’t know where to start, or want a book on a certain topic within personal growth.
